Our continuous float furnace operates at temperatures up to 1600°C with regenerative natural gas and oxy-fuel firing systems. The molten glass flows smoothly onto a precision bath of molten tin in a controlled nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere, forming a perfectly flat glass ribbon with optical uniformity.
In a high-vacuum coater line, microscopic layers of silver, metal oxides, and nitrides are deposited onto the glass surface via magnetic-field accelerated ion bombardment (MSVD). This allows natural light to enter while reflecting infrared thermal radiation back outside or inside.
The downstream facility features fully automated CNC cutting, double-edging polishing lines, convection tempering furnaces, cleanroom autoclave lamination lines, and high-speed robotic IGU assembly lines.
Industrial IoT sensors, automated optical inspection (AOI) scanners, and artificial intelligence predictive maintenance algorithms continuously monitor production parameters, eliminating defects before glass leaves the factory.
